Meditation, or quiet time as I like to refer to it, helps you to find your peace within. You can find any kind of meditation for what you need - sleep, confidence, grounding, clarity, anxiety, relaxation. You-tube is my favorite source. Try a few of my go to, favorite meditations and relaxing music. Let me know what you think! (These are best listened to with headphones.)
